We started out doing financial reporting for companies that all had the same problem in different shapes: the data existed somewhere, but nobody trusted it. Every department kept its own records, and leadership meetings turned into arguments about which file was right.
Two things became obvious quickly. First, the problem was never a lack of tools, it was the lack of someone accountable for the numbers every single month. Second, once the numbers became reliable, the next question was always the same: why are we still doing this by hand.
That is where the two services we sell today came from, under the name Lole Automations: dashboarding and AI automation. Not as projects delivered once and abandoned, but as a monthly engagement, because a dashboard only stays correct if somebody keeps it correct, and an AI agent that is launched and forgotten starts getting things wrong.
We also build Lole Labs, a platform for fractional CFOs in the United States and the United Kingdom. Same team, same data standard, different market.

We tell you if we cannot help
On the diagnostic call, if we can see your problem is not one we solve well, we say so on the same call and tell you what we think should happen instead.
The result stays yours
Dashboards, data models and automations run in your own accounts and come documented. If we stop tomorrow, everything keeps working without us.
No three month discovery phases
We start within days of the discovery call. We would rather ship something imperfect quickly and correct it with you than disappear for a quarter into an analysis phase.
We bring you the proposals
We are not a team that only executes requests. Every month we review what is working and what is not, and we bring you proposals for improvements or new things to build. Revisions are unlimited and the response is guaranteed within 24 hours.
Public pricing
The prices are on the website. We do not quote differently based on what we think you can afford, and if the volume goes beyond the package we tell you before signing, not on the invoice.
In the language you run the company in
Romanian, Russian or English, your choice. We are in your time zone, and when you call, the person answering understands the market you operate in.
Who we are not right for
- Companies looking for the cheapest supplier. That is not us and we are not trying to be.
- Companies where nobody in leadership has 60 minutes a month for the numbers. Without your participation, no dashboard changes anything.
- Companies that want a dashboard or an AI agent delivered once and nothing after. We do that as a project, but it is not what we sell and it is not what works over time.
- Companies whose processes still change every week. Automating an unstable process only means making mistakes faster.
