We start within days of the discovery call, and from there the service does not stand still.
Fifteen minutes, no obligation. We identify your data sources, the processes eating time and which decisions need support. On the same call we tell you whether we can help and what it would cost.
We build and refine with your feedback, against real scenarios, until it is genuinely useful rather than merely technically complete. Each service is built as a complete project in its own right.
We review monthly how it is performing and bring you proposals for improvements or new automations and reports. We do not wait to be asked.
Questions
The first three months are the period in which we build and launch. After that the engagement renews quarterly, and you can leave at the end of any quarter, with no penalty and no argument.
Unlimited revisions for the duration of the engagement. We do not count hours and we do not invoice you for a requested change. Response time is guaranteed within 24 hours.

We sign an NDA before the discovery call if you want one. Wherever possible we work inside your own infrastructure and accounts, which means the data never leaves your company. We are GDPR compliant. We do not sell, reuse or train models on your data.
No. The dashboards, the data models and the automations are yours and stay in your accounts, documented. You pay monthly to keep them correct and evolving, not for the right to use them.
Because a dashboard that is delivered and abandoned dies within three months, and an AI agent that is launched and forgotten starts getting things wrong. The chart of accounts changes, a new branch opens, a supplier changes a format, customers start asking different questions. The subscription pays precisely for keeping things true and improving them monthly.
We work best with companies that hold data in at least two different systems, or have a repetitive process eating hours every week. If you are below that, we tell you on the call and point you at what to do yourselves, without selling you anything.
The starting price covers a normal volume of work. If you have many data sources, several locations or several AI agents at once, the price goes up, and we tell you the exact figure before signing, not on the invoice.
Romanian, Russian and English. The team is in Chisinau, so we are in your time zone, and calls happen in whichever language suits you.
