What everyone asks before they sign

What does a three month minimum mean?

The first three months are the period in which we build and launch. After that the engagement renews quarterly, and you can leave at the end of any quarter, with no penalty and no argument.

How many changes can I ask for in a month?

Unlimited revisions for the duration of the engagement. We do not count hours and we do not invoice you for a requested change. Response time is guaranteed within 24 hours.

Our data is in 1C and Excel. Does this work?

Yes. 1C, SAP, Bitrix24, any SQL database, Excel, Google Sheets, bank statements, even files emailed once a month. If the information exists somewhere in a readable form, we can bring it into one place.

What kind of automations do you actually build?

Voice agents that take calls and book appointments, chat agents on your site or WhatsApp, lead scraping and qualification, automated social media posts and clips, invoicing and reconciliation, internal reports that send themselves, routing incoming requests to the right person. Operations, not just reporting.

What language does the voice agent speak?

Romanian, Russian or English, depending on your customers. On the discovery call we agree the language, the tone and exactly what the agent may and may not say.

We already have an accountant. Why would we need this?

Your accountant tells you what happened, accurately and late, for the tax authority. We tell you what is happening now, for decisions, and we take the repetitive work out of the team. They are different things and they do not replace each other. We usually make their job easier.

What happens to our data?

We sign an NDA before the discovery call if you want one. Wherever possible we work inside your own infrastructure and accounts, which means the data never leaves your company. We are GDPR compliant. We do not sell, reuse or train models on your data.

If we stop, are we left with nothing?

No. The dashboards, the data models and the automations are yours and stay in your accounts, documented. You pay monthly to keep them correct and evolving, not for the right to use them.

Why a subscription instead of a one-off project?

Because a dashboard that is delivered and abandoned dies within three months, and an AI agent that is launched and forgotten starts getting things wrong. The chart of accounts changes, a new branch opens, a supplier changes a format, customers start asking different questions. The subscription pays precisely for keeping things true and improving them monthly.

Are we too small for you?

We work best with companies that hold data in at least two different systems, or have a repetitive process eating hours every week. If you are below that, we tell you on the call and point you at what to do yourselves, without selling you anything.

What does "from" actually mean?

The starting price covers a normal volume of work. If you have many data sources, several locations or several AI agents at once, the price goes up, and we tell you the exact figure before signing, not on the invoice.

What languages do you work in?

Romanian, Russian and English. The team is in Chisinau, so we are in your time zone, and calls happen in whichever language suits you.
